2021年11月，中科协重磅推出了《中国科学技术协会高质量科技期刊分级目录》，下载全文请点击这里。期刊的级别分为T1~T3三个级别，其中：

T1 - 已经接近或具备本学科领域国际顶级水平的期刊；
T2 - 国际上知名和非常重要的较高水平权威期刊
T3 - 国内外重要、为学术界所认可的期刊

看过这个“期刊榜单”后，谈谈自己的几点看法吧：

首先，“榜单”打破了原来以SCI/EI，以及SCI中JCR/中科院的多种期刊分级体系。当然优秀期刊基本都是SCI/EI检索的，但就分区而言，以中科院分区举例，土木类的一区SCI只有1种期刊，而很多行业认可的高水平期刊在中科院分区里的级别并不高。在期刊评级过程中忽视了专业差异，照顾专业差异的同时还要考虑公平性，于是分领域来进行期刊分级是个好思路；

在已经发布的22个领域期刊分级目录中，并没有找到公路领域的，经查询了解，2021年10月30日中国公路学会才刚刚成立了“公路运输领域高质量科技期刊分级目录评审委员会”，看来公路领域的期刊需要等一等了。

把各个领域的期刊分级目录放在一起看，发现一个小问题，例如Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering、Journal of Bridge Engineering 等期刊同时在多个领域的分级目录中出现，但其等级是不一样的，在建筑科学领域里是T1，在铁路运输领域里是T3。问题来了，如果在这上面发表了一篇文章，是按哪个算呢？如果取最高的话，就降低了分级目录的权威性；如果要将老师们的研究领域进行一刀切式的硬性匹配，又违背了如今学科融合、学科交叉的大趋势。这对科技处认定科研工作量的老师来说，可能会是一个难题。

下面我把道桥相关的期刊列了出来，列表中的期刊主要是从建筑科学领域、铁路运输领域和汽车工程领域中选的，将来公路运输领域出结果后再更新。具体的期刊内容，涵盖了工程材料、道路桥梁隧道结构，以及部分工程管理类期刊，有不足之处还望大家提醒补充。
